We deliver all over Brazil through the Post Office. The delivery period starts counting from the date of dispatch of the order, which occurs within 2 working days after confirmation of payment.
DEVOLUTION
Our return policy is 30 days. After 30 days of purchase, unfortunately it is not possible to request a refund or exchange.
In order to make a return, the product must not have been used and must be in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

PAC
The PAC order is the economic delivery made available by the Post Office for the exclusive shipment of products. Delivery times vary according to the origin and destination locations. Deliveries made from Monday to Friday.
FEDEX
The order via SEDEX is the express delivery made available by the Post Office for sending documents and products. Delivery times vary according to the origin and destination locations. Deliveries made from Monday to Saturday.
As much as we have strict quality control, problems may exist. First, the customer must send an email to us, explaining the defect found. After sending the exchange request by email, the customer must wait for a position from us on the case, which occurs within 24 hours. If necessary, the customer must send the product to the address we will indicate. After we receive the product, it will be evaluated, and it must be in perfect condition (no use or damage). If it is within the rules, the exchange will be carried out, with the shipping costs by Dora Angel.
In case of exchange for withdrawal/repentance, the customer has up to 7 days after receipt to evaluate the product and request an exchange or return with the store. First, the customer must send an email to us, notifying the shipment. After sending the notification, the customer must ship the product and bear the cost of shipping to the address we will indicate. After we receive the product, it will be evaluated, and it must be in perfect condition (no use or damage). If it is within the rules, the purchase price will be made available for a new order, or the purchase value of the order will be fully refunded to the customer.
IMPORTANT
If the returned product does not meet the criteria for exchange or return mentioned above, we will resend the product without prior consultation, together with the reason for the refusal.
The consumer code guarantees the right to exchange the product in the event of a defect or withdrawal. If the product has been delivered defective, the store will bear the shipping costs. In case of exchanges by choice or return due to regret, the shipping costs will have to be covered by the customer.
If the products return to our headquarters due to a typo in the customer's address, when the postman is not answered or for any reason of the customer's responsibility, a new shipping fee will be charged.
